To issue certificate, appointment or whatever, there should be certificate authority and someone who can

certify.

That is same to me. I cannot escape the category which is hard to be certified.

I have lived all my life for culture, sports and business.

Now I want to make World Culture & Economy Association and appoint my friends as Head Chief in each

nations.

I want to show you some pictures and you can judge whether I have authority to do so or not.

I think authorizer also need to be recognized and I suggest pictures when I was selected as Head Chief of

31 countries.
