                                             It is the most important how much company has customers with high level of loyalty. All customers are
                                             not same. The victory of business is how much the company secures customers with high loyalty.
                 Economics To have customers with high loyalty, company should have a system to give benefits to customers.

                  Consumer Classification


                   Real world has various loyalties depending on which group they belong to and how much they get benefits.

                   People have different loyalties depending on the group they belong to and how much they make money.

                   I learned this relationship between loyalty and characteristics of groups

                   in many experiences for a long time.                                                             Productivity

                   Simple consumers have few loyalties and they move to other shops                                        franchise

                   only for KRW 10 saving.

                   However, many websites are devote all their energies to catch these disloyal simple consumers, conducting cutthroat
                   competitions against each other and spending a lot of expenses.

                   Because they don’t have membership system like GIGA.

                   The only solution is to build a system.
